			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Even though there is no certain way to prevent arthritis, but by taking certain steps may reduce the symptoms of  the chances of developing certain types of arthritis, the frequency of flare-ups, and the intensity of symptoms may all be reduced .Each type of arthritis has its own detailed recommendations for managing symptoms, There are some steps that can be supportive in managing all types of arthritis: .</p>
<p>  Eat a healthy diet include more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and less sugar, salt, and fat.<br />
  Healthy weight Maintainance.<br />
  Following your doctor&#8217;s recommendations do exercise on a regular basis,</p>
<p>  Get enough sleep and rest.</p>
<p>  In addition, take steps to prevent joint injuries by driving safely and following all safety rules when working and exercising.</p>
<p>Exercise and Arthritis<br />
Many people in the past with arthritis felt that exercise was not possible. Today fortunately, we know that exercise is a highly effective way to manage arthritis symptoms. We should always ask a doctor before starting an exercise program. Following the instructions we can have these benefits :-<br />
? Reduce joint pain and stiffness</p>
<p>? Strengthen muscles around joints</p>
<p>? Increase flexibility and endurance</p>
<p>? Help improve sleep</p>
<p>? Increase overall energy level</p>

<p>A patient sufferning from these kind of diseases should prefer walk, as it can help him/her to overcome. He should not be over-weight, one time in a day should go for walk for fresh air. He should immediate consult a doctor if any wrong symptom.</p>
